Stampii is committed to protecting your information. We have industry standard and proprietary network monitoring tools constantly running in our system in order to prevent security breaches and protect the security of your data.

In addition, Stampii always posts to a secure page when users are logging in and employs industry standard encryption (SSL encryption). This may not always be apparent from the URL (web address), but rest assured our logins are secure.

Email & Anti-Spam Policy

We have created this email privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.
Stampii is committed to a NO SPAM policy. You will NOT get a daily fix of SPAM using Stampii.

Sharing and Usage

We will never share, sell, or rent individual emails with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

Why do I have to provide my date of birth?

We need to verify that you are over the age of thirteen (13). Additionally some merchants would like to provide birthday offers to Stampii customers and we would not want you to miss out

How safe are my passwords?

All passwords stored on Stampii are encrypted with top-notch industry standard cryptography.
We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.
If you happen to lose your password, our employees cannot even help decipher it for you. The best we can do is to reset it and ask that you create a new one.
It is THAT secure!

Do we allow custom points if a customer buys more than a standard item?

Yes we do allow custom points!
If a customer performs a large purchase and you wished to issue more points than normal, the process is VERY simple

  • Turn on custom points by sliding the switch just above the viewfinder
  • Enter in the amount of stamps you wish to issue for this customer
  • Scan your administrator's card to authorize this custom stamp issue
  • Your customer then scans THEIR card to collect the points

For each custom points issuance we log and monitor the time it was performed as well as which admin card was used to authorize the transaction. That way, we can easily audit any internal fraud if you are suspicious of malicious activity.

How can I game/cheat the system?

It is near impossible to game/cheat the system. We block out users from repetitive scans over a short period of time and we use sophisticated encrypted shared secrets for each merchant tablet to authenticate every stamp issued.

But what ARE QR Codes?

At its most basic, a QR Code is a barcode on steroids. They are used for encoding information in two-dimensional space.
Whereas a barcode encodes data in only the horizontal plane (as scanners read the width and distance between the vertical lines), QR codes encode data both horizontally and vertically in a grid of tiny squares. This allows for much more data to be encoded in a smaller space.

When you scan a QR code generated by us using our Stampii app, we reward you with stamps!
